Dr. Arnulfo D. Trejo Librarian of the Year Award The REFORMA 2015 Dr. Arnulfo D. Trejo Librarian of The Year (LOTY) Award & the Elizabeth Martinez Lifetime Achievement (LAA) Award Committee is seeking nominations for the 2015 Librarian of the Year award. The focus of the award has changed. The Committee will give highest priority to early or mid-careers candidates who have promoted and advocated services to the Spanish-speaking and Latino communities including the fulfillment of unmet needs during 2013-2014. About the Arnulfo D. Trejo Librarian of the Year Award The Arnulfo D. Trejo Librarian of the Year Award is presented annually by REFORMA to recognize a librarian who has distinguished himself or herself in the field of librarianship, promoted and advocated services to the Spanish-speaking and Latino communities, and made outstanding contributions to REFORMA. The recipient will be honored at the 2015 American Library Association (ALA) annual conference in San Francisco. The deadline for submitting nominations is April 10, 2015.
